RETURN POLICY
Ergatta UK Returns Policy
We strive to ensure satisfaction with every purchase made from Ergatta. If you are not
happy with your purchase, the following guidelines explain how to process a
return or cancellation.
1. Returns and Cancellation Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
For orders containing multiple products with separate delivery dates, the 30-day return period applies to each product individually, starting from the date each product was delivered.
Order cancellation is accepted up to midday on the working day prior to the scheduled delivery or installation date.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
Notify our Customer Service team via email at info@waterrower.co.uk within the applicable timeframe.
Include your order number, address, contact number, and any other information that you deem relevant on the return initiation email.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and include all accessories.
If items are returned damaged or in a condition that prevents resale, you may be liable for a reduced refund. The deduction from your refund will be based on the
reduced value of the product due to its condition.
For items installed by service engineers, a collection fee of 5% of the item value will be charged.
4. Returns Process
Submit a Request: Email info@waterrower.co.uk with your order details.
Collection Arrangement: We will coordinate collection via our courier service or own fleet at no additional cost.
Refund Confirmation: Refunds will be processed once our quality control team inspects the returned item(s), no more than 7 days after the item(s) are collected from you.
5. Refund Details
Refunds include product and any delivery costs. Refunds will be processed promptly upon inspection of the returned items and issued to the original payment method
unless other arrangements are made.
